Rates:
1 night Mon-Thurs. $195 per night
3 night special Mon- Thurs $550
1 night rate Fri-Sun $275 per night
Weekend package ( 12 noon Friday to 11 a.m. Sunday) $499
Select weekly stays available upon request for $895. Check for
availability.
Each reservation is subject to a $200 security deposit, which will be
returned provided the house was left damage-free within 5 days after your
departure.
We accept Visa/Mastercard, cash and personal checks.
$225 is due at all
bookings, and is non-refundable.
The balance is due upon arrival.
Rental rates include linen and towel service, pool usage and a fully
equipped household.
Upon departure, your only responsibility is to clean the kitchen/dining
area, and place all trash in trash cans and load the dishwasher. All
cleaning services are provided by the Proprietor.
